RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT TO INCREASE DEVELOPERS' RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONSTRUCTED BUILDINGS

MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti correspondent Andrei Malosolov) - The Russian government intends to work out a bill to toughen the responsibility of developers guilty of collapses of the buildings, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Yakovlev told journalists after a session devoted to the Moscow water park tragedy.

On Saturday night the roof in the Transvaal water park in southwest Moscow collapsed, killing 25 people. 68 people are being treated in Moscow hospitals, another 11 are probably buried under the debris.
