According to the candidate, he has no doubt that the future government will be formed on the professional basis because the new cabinet will have to deal with more serious tasks.
Besides, changes in the government formation routine will require constitutional amendments, and the Constitution is inviolable, Mironov asserted.
He also spoke for adopting the so-called Social Code that would clearly outline the government's responsibility for some dropping indices in the country, in particular, the worsening living standards and decreasing wages.
