MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Foreign Minister's Special Envoy, ambassador at large Alexander Kalugin heads for the Middle East, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The purpose of this trip is to boost international and regional efforts on the resumption of the Palestinian-Israeli dialogue and to settle practical issues on the implementation of the road map plan, the Foreign Ministry said.
