MOSCOW, February 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to the relatives and the near ones of the dead and to those injured in the incident in the Moscow Water Park, the President's press service reported.
Here is the full text of the condolences:
"The tragedy in the Moscow Water Park is a heavy blow to all of us. Dozens of people, including many children, unfortunately, are dead or injured.
"This terrible incident has to be thoroughly investigated. The guilty ones have to be punished.
"I express my deep condolences to the families of the dead. And my sincere words of support and sympathy to all those injured. "
