PUTIN, SAAKASHVILI INSTRUCT POWER STRUCTURES

MOSCOW, February 11, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent) - Russian and Georgian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Mikhail Saakashvili have instructed their power structures to work out plans of joint work, deputy chief of the Kremlin administration Sergei Prikhodko told RIA Novosti after the two presidents' negotiations.

According to him, the talks looked into issues of the joint anti-terrorist fight and the situation on the Russo-Georgian border.

Border-guards and power structures are due to submit the abovementioned plans of interaction on the border and joint work of the security and interior affairs bodies of the two countries soon.
