MOSCOW, February 11. /RIA Novosti correspondent Yelena Khromushkina/ -- President of the Effective Policy Foundation Gleb Pavlovsky holds the view that Vladimir Putin will win from 80 to 90 per cent of the vote at the March 14 elections.
In his opinion, "Putin's electorate today is the middle class, especially that part of it which grew up over the past four years." "The numerical strength of the population who categorizes itself as the middle class has grown by 20 per cent since 1999 and now makes up 48-49 per cent", Pavlovsky said at the press conference in RIA Novosti.
Pavlovsky believes that "the voters' ballot on March 14 is absolutely important for Putin, since it must measure the level of trust in the state but not in Putin personally."
