38 BODIES OF VICTIMS OF TERRORIST ACT IN MOSCOW SUBWAY IDENTIFIED

MOSCOW, February 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti). 38 bodies of the victims of the terrorist act in the Moscow subway were identified, the Moscow Prosecutor's Office told RIA Novosti.

The explosion in the Moscow subway occurred on February 6 between Avtozavodskaya and Paveletskaya stations in a train moving to Moscow's center.

"Five people who believe that their relatives could have been in the train during the explosion have addressed the investigators. Genetic research was appointed to identify the rest of the bodies," the Prosecutor's Office said.

According to preliminary information, 39 people were killed in the subway, however, there can be more victims.
