MOSCOW, February 10 (RIA Novosti) - Presidential candidate Ivan Rybkin considered missing and searched for is in Kiev, said Russian TV channels with reference to the head of Rybkin's election headquarters, Ksenia Ponomaryova.
"He [Rybkin] has been in Kiev for the last four days," Ponomaryova said.
Former Security Council head Ivan Rybkin disappeared from the sight of relatives and colleagues on the night of February 5. On Sunday, his wife submitted an application about his disappearance to a police station. The Moscow Criminal Investigation Department, the prosecutor's office and the FSB started search for the presidential candidate.
