"Any armed person intending to kill somebody is an enemy of Georgia and each Georgian citizen. This is the enemy of mankind," the Georgian President told professors and students of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).
A single country cannot combat the threat of terrorism, he stressed. "Let us patrol and protect the border together," he noted.
According to the Georgian leader, terrorists will be penetrating both into Russia and Georgia in spring when the snow in the mountains melts.
