MOSCOW, February 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondents Anna Bobina and Yelena Ivanova). Mikhail Saakashvili comes put for Russian-Georgian anti-terrorist cooperation.

"Any armed person intending to kill somebody is an enemy of Georgia and each Georgian citizen. This is the enemy of mankind," the Georgian President told professors and students of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO).

A single country cannot combat the threat of terrorism, he stressed. "Let us patrol and protect the border together," he noted.
