GROZNY, February 10, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Six servicemen were wounded in an explosion in Grozny's downtown, the local police department reported.
"The explosion occurred at 13.00 Moscow time. All the victims are local residents and servicemen of the military commandant's office," the department said.
The explosive device blasted when an UAZ off-road was passing along the street. The servicemen were hospitalized.
