GEORGIAN PRESIDENT ARRIVES IN MOSCOW

MOSCOW, February 10 (RIA Novosti correspondent Yelena Ivanova) - Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili took a regular flight to arrive in Moscow where he will spend two days.

Russian First Deputy Foreign Minister Valery Loshchinin met the president at the Domodedovo airport. He was accompanied among others by Georgian Foreign Minister Tedo Djaparidze, who had arrived in Moscow the day before.

The Georgian delegation's motorcade started off right from the ramp. The welcoming ceremony took as few as 5 minutes after which other passengers began boarding off the plane.

Today the Georgian leader is expected to speak before the students and the faculty of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and to meet some senior Russian officials, among them Arkady Volsky, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, and Yevgeny Primakov, Chamber of Commerce and Industry President.
