MOSCOW, February 6, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - The Prosecutor's Office is inquiring into who planted an explosive device in the Moscow metro and how it was done, Vladimir Yudin, Deputy Prosecutor of Moscow, told reporters.
We are investigating into the way the explosive device was brought to the carriage and planted in there, said Mr Yudin.
All dead bodies have been recovered now, he said.
The banditry and homicide department of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office is investigating into the terrorist act.
The Prosecutor's Office has opened criminal proceedings according to two the articles on terrorism and homicide.
