MOSCOW, February 5, (RIA Novosti) - The gold and hard currency reserves of the Russian Federation as of January 30, 2004 amounted to 84.1 billion dollars over 82.7 billion dollars on January 23, 2004, says the press release of the foreign and public relations department of the Bank of Russia, received by RIA Novosti on Thursday.
