MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - Russia doesn't aim to return to Soviet supercentralization, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
"This aim doesn't exist. We need balanced central, regional and municipal bodies of power and management," Vladimir Putin said at the meeting with the President's Special Envoy to the Volga Federal District, Sergei Kiriyenko.
