MOSCOW, JANUARY 27. /RIA NOVOSTI / -- The conclusion of a readmission agreement is the main condition for introducing the visa-free regime between Russia and the European Union, ambassador of Ireland to Russia Justin Harman told the press conference in Moscow on Tuesday.
If such an agreement has been reached, the conclusion of a big agreement on the visa-free regime can be talked of, Harman said.
He noted that the preparation of agreements on the visa-free regime is a complex goal calling for a lengthy discussion, including technicalities - border and migration control etc.
We are now thinking of how to reinvigorate exchange between Russia and the European Union on the basis of the existing agreements on facilitating the visa regime, Harman said.
