MOSCOW, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - At the beginning of February the Russian Minister for Chechen Affairs, Stanislav Ilyasov will meet representatives of all international organizations that provide humanitarian aid to the North Caucasus, he told journalists on Monday after talks with the UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, Jan Egeland.

According to the minister, the meeting will be devoted to future humanitarian cooperation in the North Caucasus, including Chechnya. "It is necessary that the aid provided by humanitarian organizations should be targeted, should not be lost during delivery or seized by militants," Ilyasov emphasized.

According to him, at the meeting with Egeland they also touched upon the problem of ensuring security of humanitarian organizations.
