GROZNY, January 26 (RIA Novosti) - The widow of a killed militant who planned to perform a terrorist act was detained in Daghestan (a republic of the Russian Federation bordering on Chechnya), a spokesman for the provisional press center of the Russian Interior Ministry in the North Caucasus told RIA Novosti on Monday.
When carrying out an operation in accordance with the received information, the officers of the Criminal Investigation Department detained Raisa Shebzukhova from the district center of Shelkovskaya (Chechnya).
"According to available information, the detained is the widow of an earlier killed member of an illegal armed formation who left the Chechen Republic with the aim of committing a terrorist act by blowing herself up, the source said.
