MOSCOW, 24 January. /RIA Novosti/. On the eve of Vladimir Putin's departure from Kiev the Russian President and Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma held an unscheduled meeting.
According to Aleksei Gromov, press secretary of the Russian President, in the course of the meeting the Presidents considered matters of prospective development of bilateral relations.
