MOSCOW, January 15, 2004. (RIA Novosti) - Russia's President Vladimir Putin forwarded a greeting message to Mikhail Saakashvili, Georgia's president elect, reports the Kremlin press service.
"I rely on Russo-Georgian relations to progress on the basis of practical good-neighbourly cooperation for the sake of stronger Caucasian stability and security," points out President Putin.
He confirms his invitation to Mikhail Saakashvili to visit Russia. The date will be eventually coordinated along diplomatic channels.
