TBILISI, JANUARY 9, RIA NOVOSTI - A pre-term parliamentary election has been appointed for March 28, Nino Burjanadze, Georgia's acting President, announced to a news conference.
She appointed the day after consultations with presidential hopeful Mikhail Saakashvili, Zurab Zhvania-Minister of State, and factions' spokesmen of the acting parliament.
