US Blocked Peace in Ukraine; Arab-Americans Dropping Biden; Mideast Conflict to Disrupt Oil Markets

Laith Marouf says supremacy is a drug, and the West can't imagine their adversaries are intelligent. There is increasing evidence that the United States was behind Ukraine's rejection of a peace agreement with Russia a month after the conflict started. Mark Sleboda argues that the Kiev regime would not have abided by any peace agreement regardless of the outcome of negotiations. Also, the US has a policy of tension as part of its attempt to maintain world hegemony.

Iran has warned of dire consequences if the military onslaught against Gaza continues. Dan Lazare says that Iran wants to get US sanctions off its back and may not do anything to rock the boat. He says he thinks Israel will affect a ground invasion and take out Hamas.

John Kiriakou, former CIA Officer and Co-Host of "Political Misfits" on Radio Sputnik, joins us to discuss the CIA/SBU assassination program. A Washington Post article makes it clear that the CIA was working with the Ukrainian intelligence services to effect terrorist attacks on its enemies. John Kiriakou says that these intel relationships began as parent-child dynamics and gave the CIA more power around the world.

Dr. Jack Rasmus, professor of Economics and Politics at St. Mary's College in California, joins us to discuss the economy. Chevron has agreed to buy Hess for 53 billion dollars. Dr. Jack says that these oil companies plan for decades ahead. He says that energy prices will dramatically increase. Also monopolistic companies such as this have been price gouging and causing inflation.
