MOSCOW, August 10 (RIA Novosti) - The third Moscow Premier film festival will be held August 26-September 4, the Kultura state TV and radio company website (www.cultcorp.ru) announced Wednesday.

The main part of the festival program, known as the "great seven," will include Not by Bread Alone (Stanislav Govorukhin), The Soldier's Decameron (Andrei Proshkin), and Poor Relatives (Pavel Lungin).

The program will also include a collection of children's films, selected student film screenings, and avant-garde and experimental films.

The Moscow Premier festival is unusual in that it does not have a professional jury. The films will be judged by the viewers themselves.

The Moscow administration is involved in organizing the festival.
