The president has set us a tough deadline for setting it up before December 2006, he said.
"The timeframe is unprecedentedly tense, but we hope that all the organizational matters will be finalized by the time", Khristenko added.
The document on establishing the UABC intends the consolidation of aircraft-building business and state assets, he said.
"Business consolidation means the unification of all the companies for aircraft manufacture", Khristenko noted.
Before entering the corporation, the federal unitary state enterprises MiG, Kazan APO and Myasischev design office will be auctioned and then their assets will pass to the Rosaviaholding, he said.
As regards consolidation of the state-owned shares in the aircraft manufacture company, it will mean their concentration in one place with clear coordination with business, Khristenko added.
"Thus, the UABC final picture is a classic example of private-state partnership", the industrial and energy minister said.
The state's portion in the UABC will, in preliminary estimates, constitute 55 to 60 percent, he said.
The UABC is seen as a company "operating in the single-share regime", present on the stock market engaged in the manufacture, designing, sale of military, non-military, transport and pilotless aircraft.
"The prognosticated initial capital of the UABC will be 2.5 to 2.8 billion dollars. The lion's share of production will be military aircraft, most of which will be exported", Khristenko said.
Starting in 2015, the UABC will have a new image also in the sphere of production, he said.
"The working capital will increase to 8.5 billion dollars, non-military manufacture will increase ten-fold and military two times", the minister said.
He noted that UABC-made civil aircraft will be used not so much on the Russian as world markets.
