"Election wrecking is no way. We will not allow it to happen", Litvin told journalists on Wednesday.
He stressed that the parliament will follow the developments and, in case such attempts are made, tough and operative measures will be the answer.
Litvin also stressed that nobody can now produce an influence on parliament. Every one has understood that nobody from outside can do it, he said.
He also proposed inauguration of the new Ukrainian president just after re-voting.
"The matter must not be drawn-out because the budget for 2005 is to be adopted", Litvin told journalists on Wednesday.
Otherwise, Ukraine will have to live according to the budget of the 2004 first quarter, which will entail underfulfilment of social goals, he warned.
Litvin believes that upon inauguration work of all governmental structures has to be reinvigorated so as to secure stability of the state and tranquillity in society.
