RUSSIA OPENS FOUR POLLING STATIONS ON THE DAY OF PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN UKRAINE

MOSCOW, November 21 (RIA Novosti) - Russia opened four polling stations - in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don and Tyumen -- on the day of Ukrainian presidential elections.

RIA Novosti was told by the officials of the Ukrainian district election committee abroad that more than 8,000 Ukrainian citizens - permanent residents of Moscow or visitors --registered to vote at polling station # 77 (at the Ukrainian Embassy in Moscow).

"This time, the number of voters tripled compared to the previous round on October 31," the election officials reported.

In addition to registered voters, Ukrainian citizens, who removed their names from registration lists back home in time, can also participate in voting abroad.
