DUSHANBE, October 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has arrived in Tajikistan on an official visit.

Tajik President Emomali Rakhmonov greeted him at Dushanbe's airport.

Vladimir Putin is to participate in the summit of the Central Asian Cooperation Organization (CACO) in Tajikistan on October 18, President's Aide Sergei Prikhodko told journalists.

The protocol on Russia's accession to the treaty on CACO establishment will be signed at the summit.

"So, Russia's full membership in this organization will be finally fixed," Mr. Prikhodko said.

On Saturday the Russian and Tajik leaders will hold private and extended talks.

Bilateral documents will be signed following the talks.

Among them will be the Russian-Tajik agreement on the rights of Tajik workers in Russia and Russians working in Tajikistan. According to Sergei Prikhodko, this agreement will launch the formation of civilized labor conditions for Tajik nationals in Russia.

An agreement on illegal labor migration from Tajikistan to Russia will be drafted to solve this problem, Mr. Prikhodko added.

On October 17 Vladimir Putin will visit the Russian military base and attend a flag-raising ceremony.

After that, he will meet with CACO leaders.

The Russian delegation comprises Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Industry and Energy Minister Viktor Khristenko, RAO UES head Anatoly Chubais and President of the Russian Aluminum company Oleg Deripaska, Sergei Prikhodko reported.
