* Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin will participate in the opening ceremony and a plenary session of managers of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. After that, Mr. Kudrin will hold talks with IMF Managing Director Rodrigo de Rato and President of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development James Wolfensohn.
