* The General Assembly of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations' Inter-Parliamentary Organization (AIPO) is opening its 25th session in the Cambodian capital. Delegates from the ten member states of the ASEAN and from ASEAN dialogue partners, such as China, Japan, Russia, South Korea, and the European Union, will be in attendance. The various legal aspects of outstanding regional problems, such as the establishment of an ASEAN regional security alliance, will dominate the agenda.
