According to Tsyganov, 300 KAMAZ dump trucks are to roll off the Kamfa plant's assembly line before the year's end. Russia's KAMAZes have been popular in Vietnam since 1979. Auto dealers have sold more than 5,000 trucks here over the last four years. However, Vietnam didn't start assembling KAMAZes until August 2003, in keeping with an agreement between the Russian manufacturer and Vietnam's VINACOAL Inc.
