CHISINAU, July 29 (RIA Novosti) - Moldovan Reintegration Minister Vasily Shova has signed the draft protocol proposed by intermediaries (Russia, Ukraine and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) to settle the problem of Moldovan schools in Transdniestria.
The adoption of this document can create conditions for Moldovan schools' functioning in the region and observation of rights of free movement of people and goods in the security zone, the minister's staff told RIA Novosti.
The document's provisions can be implemented after Tiraspol signs the protocol, the staff added.
