GROZNY, May 10 (RIA Novosti) - Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Sergei Fridinsky does not rule out that the terrorist act in Grozny could be organized by persons who had access to the Dynamo Stadium, where the terrorist act was committed on May 9 and President of the Chechen Republic Akhmad Kadyrov was killed.

The investigators will interrogate, in the first place, with the persons who were responsible for security, Fridinsky told newsmen Monday. It is unlikely that a stranger could have entered the stadium, he said.

The investigators have not yet established the suspects. The site of the tragedy is still being examined by criminologists and explosion experts, Fridinsky said.

In his view, the terrorist act had been planned long before May 9, and the explosion would occur no matter who would be present at the stand for guests.

Speaking about progress in the investigation, the Deputy Prosecutor General said the explosive device consisted of two artillery shells, one of which did not go off, and a bottle with plastic explosives.

In his view, the device could be set off by means of linking it to an electricity source, but no final conclusions can be made before the experts make their assessment.

The health condition of Colonel-General Valery Baranov, commander-in-chief of the Joint Group of Forces in the North Caucasus, who was heavily wounded in the explosion, is satisfactory.

"Baranov has regained consciousness and his health condition is satisfactory," Vladimir Yakovlev, President Putin's envoy in the Southern Federal District, said.

Baranov spoke with his relations, Yakovlev said.

After the terrorist act he was taken to hospital and placed in a resuscitation department, and one of his legs was amputated.
