PARIS
* The constituent congress of the World Organization of Twin Cities and Local Authorities will open in Paris. It will run until May 8. The Russian delegation includes representatives of the authorities of Moscow and Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Bryansk, Volgograd, Sochi and Rostov-on-Don.
DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
* The 29th international fair-exhibition will open in Dubai. It will run until May 6. Russia will participate in it for the first time.
