EN-NAJAF (IRAQ), April 15 (RIA Novosti's Igor Popov) - The Shiite leader Muktada as-Sadr said in the RIA Novosti interview that the future Iraqi state is to rely on the Sharia principles.
"We are going to create the state of Islam, justice and the people", as-Sadr said in answer to the question of his vision of the ideal political statehood of the future Iraq.
"In the future state there must be no differences between the people - Shiites, Sunnis and Christians. Still, the state must be based on the Saria principles", stressed the Shiite leader.
