NOVOSIBIRSK, April 12 (RIA Novosti's Maxim Koshmarchuk) - All 44 discovered bodies have been taken to surface from the blast-hit Taizhina mine. Three miners are reported missing, says the Kemerovo regional civil defence and emergency board. Rescue teams are cleaning two huge debris piles at a depth exceeding 500 metres. Search-and-rescue works started two days ago and are going on round the clock, teams relieving each other in nonstop shifts.

A horrible blast-presumably, of firedamp-shook the Taizhina mine in Osinniki, Kuznetsk coal basin, or Kuzbas, in Siberia, Saturday morning, 6.55, local time. 53 workers were in the mine at the fatal instant, as far as the regional board knows. Three men managed to get out, and another three were rescued. Three of the survivors were taken to hospital. The patients are clinically stable, say their doctors.

Kuzbas will mourn the victims tomorrow.
