* A press briefing will take place dedicated to the 5th international conference "Mobile Connection in Russia. Tendencies and Prospects for Deevelopment", which will be held on March 30-31, 2004.
* Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Alexi II will meet with Russian Minister of Culture and Mass Comminication Alexander Sokolov.
* The Federation Council (the upper house of parliament ) will hold a session on support of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.
