* The State Kremlin Palace will host the performance "Don Quixote", devoted to the outstanding Russian ballerina Ekaterina Maksimova's jubilee.
* The fourteenth international festival of TV programs for children and young people (called "Sixteen and Older") is starting, to last until February 7.
MINSK
* The Russian NTV television company will resume the operation of its office in Belarus. The office was closed in July 2003 by the Belarussian authorities who were discontent with the reportage by NTV correspondent Pavel Selin on the funeral of Belarussian writer Vasil Bykov.
