MOSCOW, January 8 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Russian Prosecutor General Vladimir Ustinov on Thursday.
Presidential press secretary Alexei Gromov said the law enforcement practice of the new Criminal Procedural Code was discussed at the meeting.
The Prosecutor General informed the head of state on a number of checks of application of funds allocated for preparation for the heating season in some regions. The president also congratulated the prosecutor's office employees with their coming professional holiday, to be marked on January 12.
