MOSCOW (Sputnik) – “There has been no material or information of the alleged violation of Turkish airspace by a Russian aircraft presented to the Russian Embassy in Ankara by the Turkish [authorities],” the source said.
The alleged incident involving a Russian Su-34 fighter bomber took place on Friday, according to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, which also said the plane had been warned by Turkish air radar units. The Russian Defense Ministry labeled the allegations unfounded propaganda.
“All of the statements by the Turkish side in regard to this, diplomatically speaking, are incorrect,” the source added.
