The 4th of April, 2021 is Easter Sunday, according to the Roman Catholic and Protestant traditions. This year, Catholics around the world are celebrating Easter with some restrictions due to the pandemic.

Sputnik goes live from St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, where Pope Francis is holding the Easter Sunday mass, which will be followed by a papal blessing.

For the second year in a row, the papal liturgy will be much smaller than usual, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
