The International Space Station was successfully reboosted to a higher altitude on Friday to prepare for the arrival of its next set of crew members.

Astronauts from International Space Station Expedition 64 perform spacewalk number 73, which is expected to last six and a half hours.

The spacewalk will be conducted by NASA astronauts Victor Glover and Mike Hopkins to continue upgrading the station.

Expedition commander Sergey Ryzhikov and flight engineers Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Kate Rubins will return to Earth on 17 April in the Soyuz MS-17 that carried them to the space station in October 2020.
