Kiev appeals court on Wednesday ruled to release the RIA Novosti Ukraine Editor-in-Chief on personal recognizance after he has spent over 400 days in.

Vyshinsky is giving an interview on Wednesday after being set free in a courtroom in Kiev. The journalist had been arrested for over a year on charges of high treason and illegal possession of weapons, which carry a prison sentence of up to 15 years.
