US President Donald Trump and his French counterpart Emmanuel Macron hold a joint press conference as the G7 summit comes to an end in France.
The Group of Seven has discussed US-EU trade relations, the US-China trade dispute, the situation in Iran, Brexit and the possible return of Russia to the G7 among other topics.
