Russian UN Mission Draws Sympathies of Diplomats Over Slain Envoy in Turkey
WASHINGTON (Sputnik) – Earlier Monday, Karlov was shot and killed at the opening of a photography exhibit in Ankara by a man who was later killed by Turkish police.

“This is something of concern for the entire diplomatic community,” Trudeau said Monday in a year-end interview with the Canadian Press. “I hope and I pray that Canadians will be safe and diplomats will be safe over the holiday season.”
