ICRC Says Has No Accurate Data on Civilian Deaths in Operation to Liberate Mosul
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Lavrov met with ICRC President Peter Maurer on Wednesday.

"We are glad to welcome you in Moscow. You often visit us, and this reflects an intensive, confidential nature of our cooperation," Russia's top diplomat said.

"We have been particularly intensively cooperating recently on the humanitarian aspect of the crisis in Syria and the situation in southeastern Ukraine. We very much value the traditionally unbiased, conscientious… nature of the ICRC's activity," Lavrov said while opening the meeting with Maurer.
