Washington Fails to Prove Russia Interfered in US Elections in 'Big Way'
VIENNA (Sputnik) Russia’s Central Election Commission (CEC) will not monitor the forthcoming presidential elections in the United States remotely, CEC chairwoman Ella Pamfilova said Wednesday.

"No, it will not. The CEC has not made such a decision and does not intend to make it," Pamfilova told reporters refuting previous statement of a commission official that the body would monitor the US vote distantly.

The US presidential elections are set for November 8.
