KIEV (Sputnik) – Japan’s Foreign Ministry and Ukraine’s Interior Ministry agreed on Tuesday to work together on security and police reforms, the Ukrainian interior chief said.
"Together with State Minister for Foreign Affairs Nobuo Kishi, we agreed to cooperate in the sphere of security and police reforms," Ukraine’s Arsen Avakov announced on Twitter.
Avakov is in Tokyo with a formal visit. He met earlier with Jun Matsumoto, the chairman of Japan’s National Public Safety Commission.
