New Delhi (Sputnik) "We have talked about the issue of terrorism at greater length. I would like to convey that there was a meeting of minds on this issue. I have briefed Secretary Kerry about the problems of cross-border terrorism," Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said during a joint press conference after the Second India-US Strategic and Commercial Dialogue, held in Delhi.

Sushma Swaraj added that, "We have agreed that nations should not use double standards when addressing the issue of terrorism such as 'good terrorist and 'bad terrorist'. I have again stressed that Pakistan should stop sheltering terror networks such as LeT, Jaish-e-Mohammad and D Company."

"I and Secretary Kerry agreed that Pakistan should take quick and decisive action against the perpetrators of the Mumbai and Pathankot attacks."

Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and US Secretary of State John Kerry took part in the Second India-US Strategic and Commercial Dialogue held in Delhi on Tuesday. The meeting was also attended by Indian Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and US Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker.

India also raised the issue of the hike in visa fee for H 1B and L1 visas; John Kerry assured that it will ensure easy access for Indian travelers to the US.
