Snowden Says Non-Minorities in US Intelligence Awarded More Than Minorities
MOSCOW (Sputnik) Snowden is set to receive the Ossietzky Prize for his mass surveillance revelations in November, handed out by the Norwegian branch of the PEN organization.

"It follows from the extradition law system that the legal challenging of an extradition matter shall be considered by the court in criminal proceedings. A civil lawsuit must therefore be dismissed. A judicial review under criminal procedure rules will take place when there is an extradition request and the person requested extradited is in Norway. Snowden is not in Norway and the United States has not issued an extradition request," the court said in its ruling.
