Russia and the United States exchange information twice a day on cooperation in Syria, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Monday regarding Moscow-Washington coordination in liberation of the city of Raqqa.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Raqqa has been under the control of Daesh, a designated terror group outlawed in the United States and Russia among many other countries, since 2013.

"There is a full daily information exchange with the United States, twice a day <…> Overall, there is a full information exchange," Peskov said when asked a corresponding question by a journalist.
