According to a source in the Cairo airport, EgyptAir Flight MS804 that went off radar screens while en route from Paris to Cairo should have flown to Egypt's Hurghada after landing in the country's capital.

Egypt Air Says 56 Passengers on Board Missing Flight MS804
MOSCOW (Sputnik) EgyptAir Flight MS804 that went off radar screens while en route from Paris to Cairo should have flown to Egypt's Hurghada after landing in the country's capital, a source in the Cairo airport told Sputnik on Thursday.

The plane had to land in Cairo at 3:20 a.m. local time (01:20 GMT) and after technical inspections the aircraft should have flown to Hurghada at 6 a.m, the source said.

Egypt Air Flight MS804 departed from the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris at 23:09 GMT. The aircraft headed for Cairo International Airport. According to the airline, there were a total of 66 people on board the plane, including 56 passengers.
